Dear Friends,

I can't thank you all enough for your support during the past 6 months of my struggle with the corrupt Ardmore Municipal Court for the cause of justice and in defense of the Alabama and U.S. Constitutions. I especially appreciate your prayers for me to have the strength to continue the fight against the evil forces of darkness. It's really been a drain on my time, health, and resources. However, God is good and greatly to be praised for empowing and enabling us (We The People) to win this victory together.

I just received a certified copy of the final court order dismissing my case yesterday. The reason given for the prosecutor's motion to dismiss was based on an invalid complaint, which means the court had no subject matter jurisdiction and was operating under color of law. This strengthens my case pending in U.S. District Court in Birmingham against them for civil rights violations.

On Tuesday, February 2, 2010 I went with witnesses to the Ardmore police station and picked up my pocket pistol and bond money refund check. I sensed that the police officer wasn't very comfortable seeing me again and seemed eager to give me my stuff and have me leave. Documentary film maker, Jeff Hill, kindly volunteered his time to video my visit to the police station and may use some of the footage in a future documentary production.

The next step for me is defending my complaint in federal court against a preliminary attack and then doing discovery to obtain evidence in support of my counts against the Ardmore racketeers. Please keep me in your prayers.
